It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Stephanie (Koscow) Vineham, at the age of 78. Born in Belgium on February 16th 1948, died peacefully in her sleep on June 6th, 2026 at Kingston General Hospital, Kingston, ON.
Stephanie was the beloved daughter of the late Harry, and Katherine Koscow. She will be deeply missed by her loving husband of 56 years, Thomas Vineham, son Tom Vineham, daughter Kathy (Vineham) Mcdonald, and precious nana to Jayla, and Jacob Mcdonald.
She also leaves behind her predeceased brother Jerry Koscow, her late sister Sonia (Mike), and her sister Anne (Jerry).
Originally from the Ukraine, her family moved to Geraldton, Ontario when she was a small child for better opportunities. They relocated to Oshawa, Ontario where she studied, and became an RNA at the Oshawa General Hospital for many years.
Stephanie had the most positive outlook on life. She will always be known for her beautiful smile, and contagious laugh. Her love for others, generosity, and kindness will be missed.
There will be a small, intimate Celebration of Life for the family and close friends on July 11th 2026.
You were always positive and rarely did I ever see you without a smile. You were my mother in law for many years I I will always cherish those fond memories. May you rest in peace.
