Paul & Patty Johnston - May 9, 2026

We have suffered a terrible loss with the passing of Glen. Heather, Kate & Cal have our support as they too, travel the grieving pathway. Glen has had many serious health issues for many years but kept up the fight longer than most could. It is very hard to say "goodbye" to a younger brother and good friend. Even as he was fading, we could still share a good laugh outside on his back deck. Patty and I have enjoyed reading all of the kind condolences from generational friends from the growing years, hockey, lacrosse, work and all the stages of Glen's life. One of his favorite side jobs (in the day) was driving the little school bus, and looking after all the special children. Ed's Place and the staff were simply amazing and deserve a great "Thank You". Heather has been steller for years, looking after Glen without end. You were there right from the start and Glen loved you always. One thing in Glen's life that was very important to him was to be remembered as "a goodman" and I think he has 100% approval on that request. RIP My Brother

Dear Heather, Kate, and Cal Cindy and I were shocked and saddened to hear about Glen's passing. He was a fine man and I appreciated his wonderful sense of humour. I remember him flying around the Baltimore rink during public skating time. His strides were so smooth. He instilled a love of hockey to his son, Cal! The world has lost a genuinely nice man!
