My mom, Burla, and Jane were roommates during their teacher college days. They stayed in touch for most of their lives and attended the 50th reunion of their graduation together. Into the 2020’s, I stayed in touch with Jane on behalf of my mom when she was no longer able. Our condolences on the loss of Jane, a lovely lady.
Jane was a classy, genuine and dependable friend. Wonderful memories.

Jane was a well loved founding member of the Lydia Snow, North Halton branch of the Retired Women Teachers of Ontario. We remember her with respect and fondness and send our sincere condolences to her family and friends.
Jane was a neighbour of mine on Regan Crescent for many years. Watched Paul and Natalie grow up. We found a commonality in the fact we were both teachers and fellow New Brunswickers. We often found ourselves supplying at Centennial together in those days and I often hitched a ride with her. My condolences to Paul, Natalie and all family members.
I first met Jane at Harrison School in Georgetown! What a fun loving teacher with a wonderful sense of humour! Then after we had both retired we caught up again at the Lydia Snow retired teachers meetings. It was always a pleasure to chat with her and share memories of our teaching days. Rest easily dear Jane !
Such fond memories of Jane. The first person I met when moving to gtown as she was a welcome lady. Loved her story of the banana cream pie. So gratious and such a positive lady. Remember rip. Heather

Jane was a gracious lady and a dear friend. Over many decades we shared many laughs, lunches, university courses, Timmies' coffee (always with an ice cube), shopped for a car and so many other wonderful times. It is difficult to lose a friend but have many happy memories. Condolences to the family as you go through this sad time. Jane, you will be greatly missed, my friend.
I got to know Jane a bit over the last couple of years, and always appreciated her gentle manner. She was part of our church family, and will be missed.

Natalie and Zoe, My heartfelt condolences to you both on the loss of Jane. I hope that your happy memories of times spent together will help to fill the empty space left by her absence.
Sorry for your loss. I have enjoyed many chats with Jane over the last while in visiting with my mum.
I got to know Jane at Lydia Snow North Halton Retired Women Teachers Branch. She was a founding member of this Branch. Always so gracious and friendly. My favourite memory is the day she told us about growing up on the family mink farm. I missed her when she moved to Cobourg. Go softly and well, Jane.
