Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday April 10th, 2026 at the Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg at the age of 84. Bill was the beloved husband of Jean Livingstone (nee Woodcock). Cherished father to the late Ric, the late Becky and Lisa (Rob) and honourary daughter Nadiene. Poppa to Chris (Alina) and Julia (Colton) and great-Poppa Bill to Felix. Loving brother to the late Peter, Gary (Bev) and Dawn (Rob). Bill will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
In keeping with Bill’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there no funeral services.
If desired, a memorial donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

We met Bill at the dog park when he was walking Buffy and we walked Maeve. What an interesting man he was, with lots of true stories and a sense of humour that always left us laughing and smiling. Heavy heart today , I lost my brother who I loved more than anyone could know . He was so good to me always . I have such wonderful memories of him . He had a hard time getting out of the house without me when I was young . He brought Jean home so we could meet her and fell in love with her , they were the perfect couple . He will be missed .
