Richard "Rick" Warrenn Stephens

December 8, 1947 - March 27, 2026

Passed suddenly away on Friday March 27th, 2026 at Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg in his 79th. Beloved husband of Barb Stephens (nee LaSalle) for over 53 years. Cherished father to Brett Stephens (Erin). Papa to Mya and Natalya. Loving brother to the late Roger, Russell, Heather, Robert, the late Marilyn. Beloved son to the late Evelyn and the late William Stephens and son-in-Law to Olive LaSalle and the late James LaSalle. Rick will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Rick will be remembered for always being the life of the party and always tried to make people feel comfortable.
Rick and Anna Forder were Canadian Figure Skating Pairs Champions in 1969 and competed at Worlds and Olympics in 1968 and 1969. He coached figure skating and power skating in Toronto and surrounding areas for 47 years, including Port Perry.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
