Dear Calder family, please accept my heartfelt condolences. I have many warm memories of shopping at Calders. Marg always had a warm greeting, and remembered our meat preferences. She also remembered our kids names and usually asked about each of them. It was a real treat to go to Calders! I remember how Marg looked forward to the Norwood fair! What a wonderful butcher shop, and Marg was the heart of it! Sorry to say we will be out of the country on the 24th, so we will miss the celebration, but we will think of all of you!

My Dear Calder Family. When I think of Mrs. Calder, I will always think of her beautiful smile and the way she greeted people with such warmth and sincerity. Going to Calders to pick up Fred’s favourite meats and those little homemade pizzas was one of our favourite things to do. Mrs. Calder’s home was always open to friends and ready with a refreshment and those delicious toffee squares and time to catch up on the family news. I always looked forward to her Christmas cards.
