Vanessa Scott - August 19, 2025

I will miss Tony's little quips and asides at Thanksgiving and Easter. He will leave a hole in our gatherings, but I'll think of him whenever I see a well-maintained fancy vintage car, or a pocketwatch that still keeps good time. Gail, lots of love and hugs to you.

Iain and Barbara Scott - August 19, 2025

Tony has been a core part of our lives for over 50 years and as far as we’re concerned will continue to be a presence at future gatherings as we tell “Tony” stories and remember him, grateful to have had him as a friend. Gail and Tony made a wonderful team together and we wish Gail every comfort of happy memories.

Beth Madole - August 19, 2025

Gail - so very sorry to hear of Tony’s passing. I remember him for his gentle quiet ways in the kitchen preparing and serving tea. And for his sense of humour, delivered without words but with a knowing smile. Thinking of you.

Dilys Robertson - August 18, 2025

So sorry Gail - it must be hard after so many years and all the travelling adventures you both had. I remember him at so many occasions at your house over the last 20 odd years - he always set us straight when we got too frivolous! In particular I remember all the ACO barbecues in your garden with him on duty at the barbecue or at the bar! "May the road rise to meet you, may the wind be always at your back, may the sun shine warm upon your face, the rains fall soft upon your fields, and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand."

Daphne King - August 18, 2025

I was so sorry to hear this news. He certainly was a talented man and our family clocks were the happier for his gentle touch. May the many happy memories carry you through the days to come.

Alma Beston - August 18, 2025
