Val Robinson - July 6, 2025

I have so many wonderful memories of this truly special man who was my uncle. From my earliest memories he was there - from birthdays to holidays to family picnics to helping my parents with home renovations. He was the man behind the bright light of the video recorder or projector, capturing and sharing all our moments together. His actions spoke louder than words and his loyalty and dedication were unwavering. I will always remember his eyes twinkling as he teased, his laughter, his stories, his kindness and his quiet strength. He had a heart of gold and will always have a special place in my heart.

Mike and Bernice Slack - July 6, 2025

I also wanted to mention that my Husband Tony was the one who named Garfield “Doc” He liked it and even got the name on his licence plate. Tony and Doc were the best of friends for many years till Tony passed awsy in 1993. Doc and Di were heartbroken and were such a comfort to me and my family. Love you dear, sweet man. 💔💔💔

Bettie and Wayne - July 5, 2025

It is very seldom you use the word sweet when it refers to a male person But in Garfield’s case it suits him. He was the sweetest person you could know. A great athlete in baseball and hockey and the best friend you could have. Always there to help you You could always count on him never let you down. Garfield I will miss you so much your laughter your humour your uwaivering friendship. God bless you my loyal friend. Thank you for all you did. You added so much to my life.

Rob Ollerenshaw - July 5, 2025

"Doc" was a man that everyone who had the good fortune to meet, liked immediately. A thoughtful, dedicated Dad and husband; father and grandfather, Garf was the most amazing brother-in-law a guy could ever wish for. He will be greatly missed by all of our family and so many friends. What a great sense of humour he had as well, gently teasing all of us at one time or another. Rest in peace, my friend. We'll meet again someday. I look forward to that day very much.

Grace & Morris Roy - July 5, 2025

Doc was a fine gentleman and a kind neighbor.
