It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Emily Hunt who left us too soon at the age of 33.
Emily was a truly gifted visual artist who dedicated much of her life to creating beautiful art that brought joy to anyone who saw it. There was no limit to her creativity. She loved nature walks, animals and cycling. She touched many lives. She was sweet, kind, gentle and innocent. She had a good sense of humour and always had a smile, even in her dark moments.
Emily leaves behind her parents Jacinthe Leclerc and Randal Hunt, her sister Daisy Hunt (Josh Pitt) and her niece Sylvie and will be missed by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A celebration of her life will be held on July 12, 2025 between 1:00 and 4:00 at:

C'est avec le cœur lourd que nous annonçons le décès prématuré d'Emily Hunt, à l'âge
de 33 ans.
Emily était une artiste visuelle douée qui a consacré une grande partie de sa vie à créer
de magnifiques œuvres d'art, apportant de la joie à tous ceux qui les admiraient. Elle
était d’une créativité sans limite, et aimait beaucoup les promenades dans la nature, les
animaux et le vélo. Emily a touché plusieurs vies; elle était gentille, douce, bienveillante
et innocente. Elle avait un bon sens de l'humour et était toujours souriante, même
durant les moments les plus sombres.
Emily laisse dans le deuil ses parents, Jacinthe Leclerc et Randal Hunt, sa sœur Daisy
Hunt (Josh Pitt) et sa nièce Sylvie. Elle manquera aussi à ses nombreux oncles, tantes,
cousins, cousines et amis.
En guise de sympathie, un don à une organisation caritative de votre choix serait
grandement apprécié.

My heart is so heavy to hear of this news. To all the Hunt family, Daisy, Jace..and everyone...I am so sorry. A long time ago, I got to see and teach beautiful Emily. Even at a young age, her incredible artistry, her kindness and her beauty, inside and out, were all clearly evident. I hope she is at peace. My most sincere and heartfelt condolences. May your love and wonderful memories help to sustain you in this time.

Although we only knew Emily for 11 months we came to love her very much. She had a kind soul. She loved our cat Lucky dearly and when on vacation she sent us regular updates and photos. Our heart goes out to the Hunt family and hope eventually you manage to find some peace
