Sam and the Marks family, our condolences for your loss. Fred was one of the truly nice guys on Toronto Fire. We worked for a few years in the early 80's at Main St firehall. Our Tuesday wing night at the Grover Exchange was a great way to stay in touch after retirement. RIP Fred, you've earned it.
Classmate of Fred's in 74 at the Academy (TFD) Always a smile Rest in Peace Fred, you earned it!
I'm sorry to hear of Fred's passing . Fred and I were in the same 1974 class of newly hired Toronto Firefighters . Always had a smile . I'm sure he'll be missed by many .
Sorry to hear of Fred's passing. I always enjoyed talking with Fred on and off the "Job" as we were both Firefighters. He also worked at the the same Fire Station as my father who had a great deal of respect for Fred. Always smiling and pleasant, I can only offer our condolences to the family of a really good man. R.I.P. Brother Marks.
The Northern Marks Clan (Phyllis, Phil, Cindy, Brian and myself) would like to offer our sincerest condolences on the passing of Fred. With our father just passing on a week ago, it is comforting to know that Gil and Fred, the two brothers, are together again, and probably harassing Aunt Laura and Aunt Catherine. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. When we get together again as a family, we will certainly offer a toast (or two) in memory of Fred. Sam, Sarah, Ron, Ross and Scott (known to us as the Southern Marks Clan), we are wishing you all of our best and cherish the good memories.
Sending my deepest condolences to the Marks family. May Fred rest in eternal peace and his memory live on through everyone who knew and loved him. Warmest regards, Ilma Papajani
