Peacefully on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, in her 102nd year. Beloved wife of the late Duncan. Loving mother of Margaret (Vince) Hartford, the late Sharon Smith, the late David (Lena) Peacock and Matthew (Amanda) Condie. Daughter of Harry and Edith (nee Sharpe) Jones. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Grace was predeceased by all her siblings, Ruth Rayner, Hazel Davis, Irene Barrett, Frank Jones, Everett Jones, Clarence Jones and Donald Jones. A private interment will take place in Castleton Cemetery. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
I only met Grace a few times but always so full of life. Thinking of her girl Maddison they truly were always there for each other. Hugs to all the family
