R.I.P. Kathy
Sad to hear of Kathy’s passing, I knew her from 31 Division where she was a pleasure to work with. I remember her having pictures of all the employees newborns behind her desk. Dozens and dozens of them. She loved it. R.I.P.
George (my late husband) and Kathy worked together at 31 Division in Toronto. Over the years Kathy and I became friends, sending birthday, special occasion, and get-well wishes between the three of us. Kathy and I loved to adorn our mailings with stickers. We also shared the love of a particular television series and good reads. To her many special friends, both old and new... whom she spoke of often, I send my heartfelt condolences. Sincerely, Diane Ward Tillsonburg
So sorry to hear that you are gone. I will never forget you.
My thoughts and prayers are with Katherine and her family. The first time I meet Kathy was in 1972, when I joined the job as a cadet and stepped into 23 division police station. Kathy was the secretary for the inspector. She shook my hand, gave me a smile and welcomed me to the 23 Division. She is now in haven and God is shaking her hand with a smile and welcoming her into the kingdom of haven.
Dear Kathy I’m sorry it took me so long to contact: but I’m still recovering from three strokes, I’ve stopped driving & now I use a cane. May the Lord grant you eternal rest& may you rest in peace. Always John & Fern Serrao
Saddened to learn of Kathy's passing. Condolences to family and all her closest friends. Came to know and respect Kathy at TP 31 Div where she administratively ran the unit. A great ally to have on your side. If you didn't know Kathy...you missed out. Rest in Peace Kathy....
It has been a great pleasure to have known Kathy at the Bell and then in later years in Cobourg. Rest in peace.

Sad to hear of Kathy's passing. I remember our monthly lunch and shopping outings with Bert MacMillan at the wheel, to small and large places in the County. Lots of laughs. A friend to all, Kathy kept in touch with so many by letter, phone, email or in person. She never forgot a birthday. Condolences to those whose lives she touched.
