Elen, Pam & Dave and Family. We are saddened to learn that Chris has passed. We have fond memories of our trip to Acapulco many years ago. Chris always had a smile and good conversation when we met. He was a man with a strong work ethic - honest to the core - I think every Tv we bought was from Chris. He was a great asset to our community. Our heartfelt condolences to all.
So very sad to hear the news. I'm reflecting on many fond memories of working with Chris and Pam at United TV back in 1995/1996. The flood of service calls after thunderstorms, heaving old cabinet TVs in and out of the blue van, Chris' stories of touring Panasonic's facilities, the weekly visits from the Jamaican seasonal workers, coffee at the Dutch Oven, and Chris' passion for the business, providing quality service, and his many words of wisdom that I still carry with me today. He was a pillar of the community. I know he'll be greatly missed. Sending my sincere condolences to the family.

To the Graham Family. Please accept our condolences. I had the opportunity to work for Chris several years ago and I learned very quickly that Chris was a person of the highest integrity. He treated people with respect and dignity and always wanted to do whatever he could to help out. Chris was always willing to put in the extra effort to do so even when it wasn't the easiest option. Condolences to the family He was so kind and helpful in his family business
To all the Graham family - my wife Heather and I were saddened to learn this morning of Chris’s death. During our 35+ years living in Cobourg we had the pleasure to get to know him well, both as regular patrons of United TV and in the larger community. As a pillar of the downtown business community, he was a man of great integrity, always going an extra mile to help his customers. He seemed always to have a cheerful demeanour, even, I am sure whenever he might be facing a challenging day. It made dropping into the store always a pleasure, even if just to say hello. We will remember him very fondly.
With Chris’s death, I feel like I’ve lost a real friend although I knew him only via the store. He shepherded me or our family through repairing the gorgeous Clairtone we had, to the purchase of our first colour TV, through VHS’s, DVD’s and CD players, and more recently through the purchase of large screen audio video equipment systems for all of the Anglican churches in the area. Each of these times was significant in our lives, and always, Chris was at the centre of our family stories related to the purchases…always kind, thorough, knowledgeable, absolutely trustworthy, patient. I wonder how many families in this area can similarly tell story after story of his important role in our lives. Thanks to his family for sharing him with us. A sad loss.
Our most sincere condolences to the Graham and Davidson families . For many years we purchased anything electronic from United TV. It was always pleasure doing business with Chris . He will certainly be missed. Dave and Rosie
