Lillian Patricia Mae Isaac

I am very sorry to hear that Lillian had passed away. She was a lovely person and I thought the world of her husband Don who passed away not long after I was the minister at Alderville United Church beginning in 2013. I send my prayers out to all the family and especially to Lillian's sister Lois and to her neice Elaine, who is Al and Frances Bigwin's daughter. Elaine laid hands on me at my ordination in 1976. I have never forgotten that connection with Al who told his daughter what a privilege that was. Again I send my prayers and sympathy to all of Lillian's family.

I got to know Lilian through Rotary, when Don was a member. She was truly a fine woman, and I loved it when we bumped into each other and could catch up. She is with her beloved Don now. Our loss is Heavens gain.

When we think of Lillian we have such pleasant and happy memories. Please accept our sincere condolences.

It was our honour to meet Lillian and her family on a cruise several years ago. We soon became good friends and over the years have had a lot of laughs and good times. We did discover that Lillian had a serious obsession for escargot, and escargot it was, every night! Lillian truly was a beautiful person inside and out. We will dearly miss her. Lillian was such a lovely woman and I enjoyed seeing her during the adult day programs and other events in Alderville. I was saddened to read she had departed but glad to have known her. Thoughts are with Lois and rest of family. She will be missed.

Lillian’s friends in the Inner Wheel Club of Cobourg have enjoyed her friendship over many years and I would like to express our sympathy in her passing from this life. She gave the best of herself to her family and friends and we will all remember her fondly as a beautiful person. ♥️
