Jane was a special person and so determined. I had the pleasure of knowing her, curling with her as well as playing with golf with Jane in the WNCC Swing and Sweep. I was at the club when Jane delivered her first rock after coming back following her stroke a few year's ago. I have that shot video'd on my phone...her rock finishing in the rings! Fortunately I was able to visit Jane, a short two weeks ago. My condolences to all of Jane's family.

Amidst the shadows, love's light remains, A beacon in heartache, easing the pains. Their presence felt in a gentle breeze, Whispers of solace, moments to seize. Tears fall like rain, grief’s tender flow, Yet in those droplets, memories grow. Echoes of laughter, moments of grace, An enduring bond, no time can erase. In dreams and stars, their spirit soars, Through silent nights, on distant shores. Hold close the love, the lessons they gave, For in your heart, their light will save. Though parted now, their essence stays, Guiding your steps, through all life's days. Find comfort in the love you share, A reminder always, they are there. ---------We'll miss Jane and her winning smile. Our thoughts & prayers with our extended family and friends. Nick, Mary, Christiane, Stephen Ritter

I am so sorry to hear of Jane's passing. I met Jane curling in the Monday morning Ladies league a number of years ago. She was loving referred to as 'the Queen of Curling'. I was fortunate enough to be on her team in an out of town tournament - we placed second, which she said was "not bad for a team with two 1st year curlers". Jane was a kind woman, eager to share her knowledge on the ice, and I feel fortunate to have known her. My sincere condolences to all who loved her.
