Tim passed peacefully, with his family by his side at Peterborough Regional Hospital the morning of October 11, 2024.
Tim had a true love for nature. He enjoyed every sunset on Rice Lake, boating across to his favourite spot to sit quietly and watch the colours paint the skies as the sun dipped below the horizon.
He was a Captain in the Air Force Reserves, and taught cadets at Trenton Air Base, & Base Borden for many years. He had a soft and caring approach and appreciation for all veterans across the Globe. He loved planes, and the skies his entire life. He also worked in Security & Protection Services for many years.
Tim had a love for animals and a magnetism for wildlife to quietly, naturally approach him. It was beautiful to witness each and every time.
Tim leaves behind his loving mother and father; Marcy and Larry Williamson, his sister and brother-in-law; Laura and David Leger and all extended family and friends who knew and loved him.
Please join us in saying goodbye to Tim at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King Street E. Cobourg ON K9A 1K7 on Saturday October 26th.

Larry and Marcy. Please accept my condolences on the passing of your son Tim. I met Tim only once and that was last fall at a Remembrance Day service at the Bewdley Legion. We shared a good conversation about the importance of honouring veterans. I was impressed with his special interest in Air Force veterans. Sincere sympathy. Jay Sherwin
