HOW TO MAKE THE DONATION

1. 1. Fill out the form below.
   This information will be sent to the family that you have made a donation.
2. 2. Finalize Donation.
   After submitting your information, you have to finalize the donation. There are 2 options:
   • OPTION 1. Use the website link of the selected charity at the left of this screen (CHARITY LIST) to make a donation directly through their website. Where possible we have provided a link / information to the charity website. If the charity does not accept credit cards, please follow option 2.
   • OPTION 2. Write a cheque payable to the appropriate charity and mail your cheque directly to the charity, or drop off at MacCoubrey Funeral Home. You will receive a receipt from the charity.
