The Irrepressible Madame X, we will miss you. You were an integral part of Fat Albert's for so long, with your hysterical song parodies and puppets. We will miss your sense of humour and your pointed commentary. You were one in a million. Rest in power. Glen

C'est avec une immense tristesse que je viens d'apprendre le décès de Carolyn. Je présente mes plus sincères condoléances à sa famille, ses proches, ses ami(e)s.
Carolyn was a delightful lady, she welcomed me so warmly when I got started at Nanos Research. Beautiful earthly angel now will take her place in the Heavens !
My deepest condolences to the family! I knew Carolyn for 8 years and consider myself lucky to have known her and call her a friend. She had a great character and was a well rounded spirit, never losing her optimism and sense of humour even in the darkest moments. She was well read and observant, socially aware and an art lover. She was such a gentle soul. I will never forget our walks and conversations. our morning coffee at Might and Main. Rest in peace and know you made your mark, never to be forgotten. Elena
I am so very sorry for yet another loss. I had the pleasure of meeting this sweet woman. May your friends and family help hold you up at this difficult time and your memories bring you comfort.
Carolyn or rather, the Madam was such a bright light. I loved running into while she was busking. I laughed at her great sense of humor when performing at Fat Albert's and I feel that she and Sam are even more connected in spirit. She gave me Sam's duct tape and who thought it would come in so handy? Carolyn was an exceptional human being, beloved by many. I am comforted that her physical pain is over but feel very sad that she is no longer with us. I have been enriched for knowing her. Honey Novick
Carolyn was a very definite creative presence at Fat Albert's where I knew her. And partnered with one of the greats no less. She was so original and courageous in her creative expression. I appreciated her very much in our community. Sending blessings to her friends and family. Her spirit lives on.
