With great sadness, we announce the death of Ms. Faith Patricia Forget (also known as ‘Faye’ ‘Punners’ ‘Mom’ ‘Noko(mis)’ and ‘Nanny’). Faith unexpectedly passed away the evening of Wednesday, May 1, 2024.
Predeceased by her parents, Patricia and Roger Forget (Frances), her son, Ryan Zinke (Tara) and her husband, David Sherwin.
Survived by her siblings, Ronald Forget (Melissa), Roger Forget (Cheryl), Angel Inglis (Gary), her children, Angelica Zinke (Sam), Frank Zinke (Amanda), her beloved grandchildren, Johnathan (Sabrina), Ryleigh (Joshua), Avery, Hazel, Raina, Rylan, Rory and her two dogs, Pup-Squeak and Minnie.
Faith was born and raised in Castleton, ON and lived there periodically throughout her adult life. Join us in bringing her home on June 1, 2024, 12:00pm at the Castleton Cemetery. A reception celebrating Faith will follow at the Castleton Town Hall from 1:00-pm – 4:00pm.
For those who wish, a memorial contribution to Cornerstone Family Violence Prevention Centre in Faith’s name is very much appreciated.
l was shocked and so sorry to hear of youthful and beautiful Faith's recent passing. She was a remarkable lady who birthed and raised clever and hard working children of whom she was surely very proud. Comfort, grace, wisdom and strength to all who mourn her passing. God be with you all.

Frank, Angelica, Ron, Roger, Angel & family, my deepest condolences to all who loved Faith as I did myself. I will miss my friend of 50 years. I cannot think of my past without her. She taught me so many life lessons. I will always cherish her and remember her with love and friendship. Faith stayed at my house a few years ago and we chit chatted and reminisced late into the night. It was like we were teenagers again not women in our 50’s. You will be missed my friend. Faye .. Family of . We went way back . I was a technician at Northumberland Vet service and she was a client with some Bull mastiffs . I ended up adopting Peggy Sue , a beautiful girl that we loved for 12 years. such a wonderful time of our lives . Thank You Faye .. Faith xo

Faith was an incredible woman taken too soon. She had a beautiful heart, loved fiercely, and stood up to anyone for what she believed in. Although the world will never be the same without her, there is comfort knowing her heart will live on with Angelica, Frank, and all of her grandchildren. I learned a lot from Faith throughout the years, and I will forever be grateful to her for creating my lifelong best friend, Angelica. May you rest in peace Faith, I hope you are living it up with Ry, Goldie, Nan, and Poppy. We love you and will miss you forever. Heaven gained one hell of an angel❤️
