February 6, 1940 - March 24, 2024

Peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital on Sunday March 24th, 2024. Beloved husband of Suzanne Ryan (nee Gelinas). Cherished father of Matthew (Meghan) and loving grandfather of Everett and Harriet. As we say goodbye to our beloved Joe Ryan, we invite you to come together to celebrate his life and the impact he had on each of us. Please join us on Saturday, May 4th, 2024 from 1 to 4 pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #133 (Orr St. in Cobourg) for a Celebration of his life. In honour of his love for animals we ask that in lieu of flowers, donation can be made in his name to The Northumberland Humane Society or the PrimRose Donkey Sanctuary.

Looking forward to Saturday and paying our respects to Joe one last time. He was someone I always enjoyed seeing, perhaps because he had more calm than me, or maybe because he seemed to get along with everyone.
