Brenda and I met years ago when Tradewinds was the bulk food store in Cobourg. We didn't see each other for many years until we met up again when she sold her house in Lakeport. We had some fun memories to share and I will smile when I plant her canna tubers that she gave me. Sorry for her family, thinking of you. And I was glad to have known Brenda, a dear soul.

Jen, Vanessa, Nick, although we lost touch I have many fond memories of your Mom. I loved hosting you girls in Matawatchan with the excitement of the bear approaching us while playing on the deck. Your screams certainly scared it off pretty quick. Cherish the good memories of your Mom and take care of each other. Wendy Southward Kelowna, B.C.
We shared so many laughs… she taught me so much wisdom…. Our last visit was talk of our appreciation and love for each other! A true warrior Brenda was! You will all be in my thoughts and prayers! Love Kath
