I met Roger years ago while we were both with the Ontario Volunteer Emergency Response Team (O.V.E.R.T.). Roger is the one that certified me as a crew leader. He was by the book. Military Style. He taught me so much, like cutting the insoles of my boots, so i was able to identify my foot prints, incase needed for an investigation. We then worked together with Ontario Community Emergency Response Team (O.C.E.A.P.). Roger you will be missed. Rest in Paradise my friend. 💔 Till we meet again
My heartfelt condolences to all of Roger’s family and friends. Roger impacted many people through his work and in the community. He will be greatly missed. Keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers as you navigate the days ahead. Peace be with you. 🙏❤️🙏

My deepest condolences to Holly and the family. I knew Roger when he joined OCEAP and was one of the people at the time who interviewed him for the volunteer role. Of course he was a wonderful fit with no doubt in anyone's mind. A very giving person by nature always looking to do the right thing. Thank you for the wonderful memories.
