SIMMS, Agnes “Addie” – Peacefully on Thursday, February 29, 2024 in Cobourg, in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Boyd. Loving mother of Stephen (Jon), the late Dale (Martha), Cindy (Bruce), Edward (Julie), and Andrew. Cherished grandmother of Kathryn (Jon), Emily (Lachlan), Hannah, Harrison, Leighton, Anthony (Stephanie), Robert (Victoria), Michael (Michele), Matthew (Jess), Meaghan, Ryan and Ella. Addie will be sadly missed by her sister Jeanne, sister-in-law Gloria (Gerry), 11 great-grandchildren, her nieces and nephews, all of her friends and brother Hugh and families in Ireland. Predeceased by her siblings, Mae, Hazel, Peggy, John, Bob, Audrey. Addie never passed up an opportunity to talk about her children and her grandchildren. A private memorial service will be held in her honour. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart & Stroke or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.

Sorry for your loss, lovely Aunt Great mother to all have very great memories of my youth in Canada. Great memories of when my aunt came to Ireland to meet my family in Bantry Ireland. Heart & Prayers go to Cindy & family and Stephen, Edward & Andrew. At least now with Husband and off course Dale.
