The light on Earth will be a little bit dimmer now, Jane was a star that brightened any room she walked into. Sincere condolences to her family.

I had the pleasure to work with Jane at THS. She was amazing. She was one of a kind. A real gift. I will miss her. My condolences to her family.

It was such a pleasure to have known Jane. Such a wonderful human. Jane will be so very missed! Healing strength to her family!

I was totally saddened to hear about Janes passing. We hadn’t been in touch lately but I babysat Jane when we were neighbours. As Jane got got older we became friends and had many fun times together as neighbours. Gordon and Kristen, I remember when you were born and the great love your mother, Jean and Cliff had for you both. We were very sad to hear of Jane’s passing. Our paths crossed frequently when Jane’s Mom looked after our daughter Alison many years ago. Jane and Alison had great times playing together and then when Alison started school, Jane took her by the hand to and from school walking to Burnham School. She was a sweetheart and our fond memories of her will hold a special place. Please know that we feel your pain and send our support to all of the family. Love, Jim and Lorna ??

Jane was an absolute joy to be around and I will never forget how welcomed she made me feel on my first day of work at Trenton High School. She was kind, patient, and a friend to all. We will miss you, Jane.

I had the privledge of working with Jane at Trent River Public School and Trenton High. She touched the lives of many of her students. I will miss her calm demeanour, kindness, and humour. My condolences to her family.

I had the privilege of working with Jane at THS. Her care, compassion and dedication to students, particularly those at risk and often with exceptional needs was exemplary. I always appreciated her dedication, professionalism and her quiet sense of humour. She made a difference for many of her students.

Had several visits with Jane after her diagnosis. She shared her fears, worries and we reminisced about our time working together at Trenton High School. Jane often talked about her love for Mark and their family, and how much joy she got from her grandchildren. I will miss Jane and our friendship.

Jane was such a sweet little baby when she became part of our family. She grew up to become a very loving and caring person to all who knew her. She has left lots of special and fun memories for her family and friends to remember her by and share.

I have fond memories of sitting with her at all the boys hockey games cheering them on (Mike & Dawson) , we had so much fun back in those days. And working with her for years in group homes .
