We were sorry to hear that Jake has passed away and send our condolences to the family. I worked with Jake in northern Saskatchewan many many years ago and have a lot of good memories of our time out there. He was not afraid of hard work, and not afraid of having fun while he was at it. . Our thoughts are with the family.
Sorry to learn about Jake - he always had time to stop and pick me up when he was combining and continue on as we had a conversation.
To the Greydanus family: My sincere condolences to you regarding Jake's passing. I will remember him as a good family man. My thoughts are with your family.
Very sorry for you loss
Many condolences to the Greydonus family. Jake was a great person to be around. I had many conversations with Jake at our Hope Agricultural Heritage Club and while selling Draw Tractor Tickets. I always learned something new from Jake!
I was married to Bram deJongo He used to work with Jake at Metcalfe Service Center and they drove together. Jake was a good friend of all the deJongs spending a lot of time at their farm. So sorry for your loss.
I am so very sorry for your loss.
Our sincere condolences to the Greydanus families. Jake was a man of few words at times, but when we entered into a conversation there was no difficulty in understanding Jake's passion for the land , the crops, and the machinery that he had used over the course of his time here to get the job done. Jake was and still is a huge credit to agriculture in the past and present. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
We are sad to hear of Jake’s death. May God give comfort and care to his family and friends as they mourn Jake’s passing. You all are in our prayers. Tony & Jane Mulder

My condolences to the Greydanus families. I always enjoyed visiting with Jake!
Jake has been a leader in our Hope Agricultural Heritage Club (HAHCLUB) for many years. At any event you could always fine Jake sitting beside our Lottery Draw Tractor selling tickets and of course talking to all the buyers. He was always the leader of all parades and loved his John Deere Tractor. Our Club, Brenda & I will miss that real down to earth "FARMER" smile and knowledge he always shared with us. Bind on Jake, in the hay fields in the sky. Every time I see a binder, I will think of you. Brenda and I will be donating to the HAHCLUB.
Jake has been a wonderful friend for years and will be missed by our whole family. Our three o’clock coffee breaks won’t be the same without you! RIP great friend.
