Peacefully at Ed’s House Northumberland Hospice with his family by his side. Beloved husband of Betty Wilson (nee Johnston). Loving father of Jim (Gina), Allan (Michelle) and Scott (Daina). Proud grandfather of seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents, William and Margaret and his siblings, Alfred, Billy, Ernie, Derek and Maureen.

Just heard of Jim's passing and our hearts break for you Betty. He was such an amazing man and we couldn't have asked for a better neighbour. I'll think of him every time I plant tomatoes. He was the master there! Our prayers are with you, your boys and their families. We consider ourselves blessed by your friendship.

I would like to send my condolences to the Wilson families. We had many a good time at the legion playing darts with his brothers, along with the other crew while having a few refreshments...or on the road to Ajax, zone, district and provincial darts around the province. I enjoyed Jim's sense of humour and can't remember not having a good time whereever that maybe...I will have a beer for Jim, and may he rest in peace.
