Some of Jades favourite things were her pets, she loved animals very much, nature, & a good rum & coke.

Jade was a wondeful neighbour on Margaret Street! She always had time to chat and laugh. Cobourg is a duller place without her. Sympathy to her children!

So sorry to hear this news. My condolences to the family. Jade was always friendly, welcoming and great to have a chat and a laugh with.
I had the great pleasure of being one of Jade's care attendants. Jade, you made me laugh every day. She would tell me that if we were younger, we could have been sisters. Every day Jade would tell us ' I love you!'. It has been an honour to have known and take care of you my dear friend and I truly miss you. Forever in my heart, until we meet again. I love you too Jade.

Oh, my...what to say that hasn't already been said. Many a year I worked with Jade at the Heights. So many memories. We used to draw names at Christmas and we'd give silly gifts. I don't recall the name of the worker but they would often rib Jade about not helping fill the beer fridge so... Jade's gift to them was a photo of her hefting four cases of beer high in the air, (empty, of course), it was wonderful. Or the one and only time she arrived at work without having her makeup on yet because she hadn't wanted to be late for work. The kids in the dishwasher room yelled out that she had no make up on and chased Jade down the stairs to catch her. Jade was fleet-of-foot and had the staff washroom door shut and locked before the kids got there. A short time later, the Jade we all knew, serenely emerged from the washroom, her makeup at perfection and that saucey smile we all loved lighting her face. Again, so many memories. Was blessed to have known her. God's strength and comfort to the family. Julie
Theresa and I send our condolences to the Macaulay family, Jade was a very nice lady and will be sadly missed.
So sorry to hear about your Mom. Anyone that she served at Northumberland Heights always spoke highly of her. Hold her memories close to your heart Chris.
We all have fond memories of love. Reach out any time. Peace, love and kindness with an amazing brilliance for flare. Jade was loved by Dorothy and Eugene, David. Tom and Bob and Marylou. We all miss the good memories and loving family times.
I also had the pleasure of working with Jade at Northumberland Heights. She was a mentor and mama bear to many of the new girls. Jade was a vibrant, happy, beautiful soul with an infectious smile and spirit. There was never a dull moment when working with her….so many laughs. She talked about her children, Michelle and Christopher often and they were her focus and reason for woking hard. My condolences to the family.
My deepest condolences to the family. I only knew Jade for a short time and had the privilege to care for her for a short while, but she left an impact on my heart. I will miss her dearly.
Deepest condolences Chris and family.

Chris and Michelle We are so sorry to hear of your mother Jade’s passing. We have wonderful memories of the time she worked at the Northumberland Heights Restaurant. Jade was an amazing server, she knew just how to make you feel welcome and special. She would always have our table ready, and a drink on it when we arrived. When we took friends for dinner they would say WOW how did she know what wanted to order. Well that’s because she was best, thoughtful, and caring. Thank you Jade, May you rest in peace!
Chris and Jess I am so very sorry for your loss. The entire family will be in my prayers Andrea
I had the pleasure of working closely with Jade for several years at Northumberland Heights, Most customers requested her service and I can still see her easily transporting 6 snitzel plates on top a very large tray. As a younger woman I looked up to her as my mentor and I listened carefully to her wild wisdom and paid close attention to her confidence and strong survival instinct. Jade's character was dazzling, she was clever and slightly michevious but classy and passionate, Her laugh was contagious and her sense of humor was endless as were her stories,(my favorite was the time she hung out with Peter Frampton), Rest forever in peace my old friend, you will never be forgotten Prayers and love to Michelle and Chris xoxo T, Winkler
