I loved working with Eric A genius who could fix anything and a lovely caring man I will miss him

I have been blessed with Erics friendship and rare talents these last many years. He (and Brenda) have been an inspiration to me - not just as colleagues but as dear friends. I have always felt part of their extended family. Over the years we travelled to Belize to make documentaries, worked on projects for the Canadian Canoe Museum and for our boat building company, we sailed and camped together. I learned so much from Eric - his zest for living and learning made him the most wonderful being. Sending much love to Brenda and family. Joan

My sincere condolences to you Brenda and family. David used to talk about the early days of water skiing at the cottage. Those were fun days for him. May you find strength in the memories that you made together.

I am related to Eric through my late Grandfather Gordon Harris. I got to know Eric through helping him with his eyeglasses when I was still working and found him delightful. Wish I had known him better and longer. RIP Eric. My condolences to the family.

So sorry to hear of Eric’s passing. It was so nice of him to allow us to ride our horses in the fields. Just recently I heard a bike in the bush across the road and was concerned who it was. After about 20 minutes I caught up with Eric and his grandson on the bike. It was like play hide and seek. God has him in his arms now but he will be forever in your hearts

I feel blessed that I got to know his kind loving soul. He’s rejoicing now in Gods love and family that is eternity. Brenda my heart is with you in this grieving. I will always visit as you are an inspiration!
