Margaret 'Lorainne' Coulter

October 31, 1946 - August 29, 2023

Peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg, Ontario, on August 29th, 2023 in her 76th year. Born Margaret Lorainne Campbell in Brampton, Ontario on October 31st, 1946 to the late Doug and Ethel (nee Brock) Campbell. Lorainne worked for Northumberland County up until her retirement, and spent her last years at her home in Cold Springs tending to her gardens and collecting antiques. Lorainne enjoyed music and the company of her many friends. She leaves behind her husband of 49 years Tom, and daughters Chara (Paul) and Shawna, and grandson Hayes. She was predeceased by her younger sister Shelley Chapman. She will be fondly remembered by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews and many great friends. A celebration of life will be held at the family home 8722 Wallace Jibb Rd., Cobourg on Saturday October 14th, 2023 from 1-4 pm. with words of remembrance at 2 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to Diabetes Canada or the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
