Ann Elizabeth Poulter (McCart)

Ann died peacefully in Cobourg. Beloved wife of the late Ted Poulter. Loving mother of Will (Cynthia) and the late Michael. Sister of the late Mary Robb and Jack McCart, survived by her brother Bill McCart. Step-Mother and good friend to Christine (Martin) and John (Kim). Cherished grandmother to Suzi, Amy (Paul), Brad (Hilary), Max, Charlotte and Alex. Ann had many passions, working at St. Michael’s hospital as a social worker as well as sailing with her husband and children. The Poulter family would like to thank the staff of Extendicare Cobourg, for their sensitivity and compassion while caring for Ann during her struggle and journey with dementia in her final years, as well as Northumberland Hills Hospital.
