Ian: It was so very sad to read that Flo had passed. Your best friend and confidant, she cared so very much for you. It always made me smile to hear how the two of you enjoyed a night out of dancing on a weekend. Death leaves a heartache that not one can heal, but love leaves memories that no one can steal. She was a lovely person that will no doubt, be greatly missed by many. Our sincere and deepest condolences to you Ian, and your family. Requiescat in pace, Florence.

Florence was always a friend when she lived in Cobourg and always involved at St. Michael’s parish. She was missed but kept in touch with Cobourg as she moved on to her wonderful married life. Rest In Peace in your heavenly home.

Florence was a lovely, graceful woman who loved life, family and friendships. She had a strong faith in her Lord and Saviour, and willingly shared her faith with others. I had an opportunity to witness her in action during educational sessions for those who desired to become Catholic. Florence exemplified compassion, acceptance and mercy to others. Words alone cannot express how deeply sorry I am for your loss. I worked with Flo in the Lab at Cobourg General Hospital in the 70's. She was a good and fun-loving person to be around.

Florence was such a beautiful lady; I was married to her nephew. We lived up in The Pas, MB; and she would fly there from Ontario and spend her summer vacations there , with her Mom. She was so devoted to her Mom; she was such a kind ,thoughtful, caring lady. I will miss our phone calls together; I can’t believe she is gone. May she rest in peace. Jacqueline Wagner

Ian & Families, So sorry to learn of Florence's passing. I have known her since the 80's from when I first met her and worked at the old Cobourg Hospital. Her and my my Mom Joan were great friends. I know she will be greatly missed by many. Sincere condolences
