Arlene Carr (nee Weatherup) passed peacefully January 18, 2023, at Streamway Villa, Cobourg at the age of 92. Predeceased by her beloved husband Harold. Loved mother to Janice, Wanda (Ernie), Heather (Greg), Wayne (Kathy), Bonnie (Arnold) and Melanie (Frank). Cherished grandmother, to her many grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Sister to Fern and Leroy (Ruth) and sister in-law, Ella. Pre-deceased by her parents Frederick and Beatrice as well as her siblings Earl, Clarence, Charlie, George and Lorraine. Arlene will be greatly missed by her many nieces and nephews. A Visitation will take place Monday, January 23, 2023, from 11:00 – 1:00 PM at MacCoubrey Funeral Home 30 King Street West, COLBORNE, Ontario K0K 1S0 with a service at 1:00PM. Following the service friends and family are welcomed to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 187, Colborne for a reception. In the Spring of 2023 Arlene will be laid to rest with Harold at Warkworth Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of choice.
