There is a lot I could say about Carter but just know he was the funniest man I have ever had the opportunity of knowing, he was wise beyond his years which was always something I bugged him about. Carter knew almost everything I swear he was an encyclopedia (smart as can be) To anyone he met he would give the shirt off his back too. I am honestly so glad I had the pleasure of knowing Carter. He was the best man and always made me laugh and smile. I’ll always love you Carter. Till we meet again. ❤️

Dear Brill Family, Iam saddened to hear this news and can only imagine what you are going through. I enjoyed getting to know Carter when we attened the West together. He was a very kind and caring friend who always had time to talk and a joke to tell. He will be missed immensely by all those who had the chance to meet him. Carter made a lasting and integral effect on my life in the years of grade 8-11. I spent a lot of time with him in class, and plenty of time outside of class on lunch/recess. He made me laugh constantly, and we shared such similar humour, and both enjoyed snowboarding. What an incredible human, knowing that he’s gone, I will cherish each memory I have with him so closely. My deepest condolences to all of his family.
