It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Carol Kathleen Kemp on August 2, 2022 of Cannington Ontario. Carol was 81.
Carol was the only daughter of the late Susan and Henry Kemp of Salem.
Carol lived most of her early life in Cramahe township. She later moved to Ashburn, Ontario where she spent nearly two decades with her extended family Judy and Rick Denike and their four children, Rick (Lindsay), Danielle (James), Renee (Chris) and Brad (Iman). Carol always enjoyed her pets, especially cats, so it only seems fitting that donations can be made to the Northumberland Humane Society. Carol will truly be missed by Judy and Rick and all their children. Carol will fondly be remembered by Karen and Pat Downes, Laurie Grills and her son Will Young , and Lisa Grills (Denis) McBride.
A private service will be held at a later date.

My condolences Judy & Rick, it seems hard to realize that Carol had been with you that long. So glad she got to live out with a loving family. Hugs!
Dear Judy and Rick, We are thinking of you and extend our sincere sympathy to you and your family. Carol has been a part of your lives for many years and you will have many precious memories of her that keep her living on in your hearts. One of my very first memories of Carol was when we played together on the swing at her home next to our farm. And we have fond memories of later visits with Carol after our families moved away. My deepest condolences to the families and friends of Carol... Her parents use to come to Colborne Baptist Church and I knew them well... Her Mother was a friend of my grandmothers...I remember once many years ago when I was a kid, Carol's siamese cat went missing!!! Was very upsetting for Carol and they looked every where for the cat... True love and dedication of a parents love...
