Suddenly and unexpectedly at her residence in Cobourg, Ontario. Beloved and devoted sister of Rick Mutton, Castleton and Ron Mutton, Windsor. Very special aunt to Mike Mutton and Jen Klimpel, Castleton and Ronda Vestervelt, Belleville. The“Greatest” Great Aunt to Hailey Mutton, Jaelyn Vestervelt and Jacob Vestervelt. Lynda was predeceased by her parents John and Irene Mutton of Colborne. Lynda will be fondly remembered by her many Mutton and Schofield cousins. Lynda was raised on the family farm near Colborne and was a long time employee of the Cobourg CIBC. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E. in Cobourg on Saturday, August 13th between 2 and 4 p.m. Words of Remembrance at 2:30 p.m. Those wishing may make a memorial donation to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada or a charity of their choice. Lynda will be long remembered for her kind and generous manner and for simply being the wind beneath our family’s wings.

Our sincere condolences to all of Lynda’s family at this very sad time. I was also fortunate to work with Lynda at CIBC for many years. She truly was a sweet, kind lady with a wonderful sense of humour. She will surely be missed.

I worked with Lynda for several years at CIBC Cobourg. She was a kind & thoughtful person. She will be greatly missed. My deepest condolences for your family loss.

To Ron, Rick & Families -I am so very saddened to hear of Lynda’s sudden death. We drove to work together in the late 60’s & early 70’s when I also was at CIBC. She was a wonderful friend & on occasion a babysitter for Michelle.During those times we had many laughs & adventures along the way. Lynda was an absolutely lovely person-quiet with a beautiful smile & a wonderful sense of humour. I know she loved her family very much. She will be missed. ❤️

Our Memories of Lynda are very pleasant. She was a Doll. So Sweet and Gentle in Her Character and Demeanor. A True Lady. We Loved Her! When my Dad would walk from Legion Village to the Bank he would have Good Visits with her. He looked forward to those meetings. Our Deepest Sympathies and Condolences to All!
