Passed away peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital surrounded by her family.
Loving wife of Ryan, mom to Tove and step-mom to Madison and Landon.
Jenn will also be dearly missed by parents Scott and Cindy, grandparents Don (Pat) and the late Marlene, brother Jeremy (Lindsay), uncle Chris (Tracey) and aunt Lynette (Kate).
Jenn will also be missed by her in-laws Brian (Liz) and Derek (Amanda) and aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
Jenn was a fun-loving and passionate person with a big, beautiful heart who would help anyone who passed her way. She will be missed by everyone who crossed her path. Jenn loved her family and friends the most, but also loved butterflies. You have now earned your wings to fly with the wind.
There will be a private burial. A celebration of life will be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King Street East, Cobourg on Saturday August 27th from 1 – 3pm.

We were so sad to hear of Jenn's passing! As her neighbour, we saw her grow from a cute little baby into a beautiful, confident and happy young lady!
