I will never forget Emily and her contagious smile.She was such a supportive colleague when I worked with her at Baltimore PS.My condolences to you Ron and your family.

Im so Sorry for your Family's Loss of such a bright and kind soul. Always will remember Emily and Ron coming over to play dominoes and cards all the time when i was little, Always patient and never quick to anger. Rest in peace sweet soul.

Lovely memories of Emily Macklin as a substitute teacher at Gully School. She always made time for us to go outside and play baseball or just play. ? My condolences to her family. ?

Emily will be deeply missed. She was a wonderful and loving teacher. She had a smile that would light up the room every time she entered. I don't think I ever saw her without a smile. I never saw her angry and her hugs 'Hello' will always be remembered. She left a lot of happy memories for us. Love you Em. May you RIP. My deepest condolences to Ron and their family.

To Ron and Family Emily will be missed by all her friends and family. She was a great lady with lots of laughter and fun in her. Her line dancing was fantastic and I am sorry to see her gone. I will miss her emails and texes she would send me to keep me updated with fun and dances and country jamborees dates and times. I met Emily many years ago in Hastings. She and I shared a love of dance .. line dancing to be specific. Emily Macklin . You sure will be missed by many friends and family..she had a awesome sense of humor and her love of country music ,jamborees , open mic shows and the breezeway was so evident...i remember when she had a book at every music event and wrote down everyones name and the songs they sang on their set ..she kept a solid record of it faithfuly.she was super proud when someone asked her if i was her dtr and so i called her my 2nd jamboree mom and i was her jamboree dtr. Emily would always save a spot for me or find a spot for me to sit at their table if my parents couldnt make it to a show and i had come out alone.. alot of teasing..laughing and just plain fun we had together and emily and ron always came out to all my shows and any music events events even if it was in the shed or a front yard ..her friendship and kindess and humor will never be forgotten..the pearly gates are wide open to allow her in and i guarantee you that she is looking for that band of music so she can just pull up a chair and watch and listen for hours on end...my deepest condolences to Ron and their family.xoxoxoxxoxhug.

Oh my , I doubt you need to be reminded that losing Emily or mom or grandma is a devastating event in your lives. She was such a presence even in my life since the day Michael and Troy were born. I knew her in so many roles and was never disappointed in her quick wit and rhyming couplets! Our visits always indicated her pride and love for all her family. She was an extraordinary person that only comes along once in your lifetime if you are extremely fortunate.
