Passed away at Northumberland Hills Hospital on Tuesday May 17, 2022 at the age of 90. Beloved husband of Helen (nee Ward). Loving father of Randy and the late Rhonda. Loving gramps of Lexa and Kira. David will be remembered by many other family and friends. A private family service will be held at a later date. Donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

We are sorry to learn of David's passing and offer our sincere condolences to his family. We take comfort in the sense that David lived a long and honourable life, true to his values, loving to his family, consistent in who and what he cared about (and endearingly shy, just a little). Having him as a friend and next-door neighbour was reassuring to us. His was a stable presence in an unstable world, and we will miss him. We wish him peace and Helen and Randy every comfort.
