It is with heavy hearts the family of Robert Bruce Chadwick announce his unexpected passing on May 6, 2022 at the age of 75 in Mishawaka, Indiana. Although our hearts are broken from this tragic loss, we know Bruce passed doing what he loved, travelling with his wife and soul mate Bonnie Chadwick (nee: Calberry). Bruce and Bonnie shared a wonderful 55-year marriage. Together they raised their children Judie (Matt), Sharlene, Joanne (Paul), Doug and Robert (Jenn). Bruce was the proud grandfather to 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by his sisters Mary (Rick) and Bev (Ed) as well as his sisters-in-law Jackie (Randy) and Vivian (Dennis). A visitation will take place at MacCoubrey Funeral Home 30 King Street East, Cobourg, Ontario on Thursday, May 19, 2022, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A funeral service will take place at MacCoubrey Funeral Home the following day, Friday, May 20, 2022, at 11:00 AM. Friends and family will then be welcomed to a reception following the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
