Loving father of Melissa Spigulis and Curtis Reid. Cherished grandfather of Brooke, Brett and Briah Boulerice. Phil was a sports fanatic and nothing made him happier or prouder than watching and cheering on his grandchildren in their many sports activities. He spent many days and nights at the library so those wishing may make a memorial donation to the Cobourg Public Library in his honour.
