Passed peacefully on February 3rd with his wife and children by his side at Extendicare Cobourg in his 70th year. Son of the late Tom Sr. and Ruth Lewis and son in-law of the late Clarke and Eleanor Harnden. Beloved husband of Debra (nee Harnden) of 47 years. Loving father of Tommy (Shannon), Melissa (Chris) and much loved Poppa to Cameron, Reese and Jaxon. He will also be missed by his siblings Brenda, Bev, Terry and Tim. We will miss Tom’s great sense of humour and will always remember how much he loved his family, his home, sports and travelling with his wife Deb.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society and SickKids Foundation.
Many thanks to Extendicare Cobourg and the amazing staff on Birch house for all of your special care for Tom in the last 3 1/2 years. Deb would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Birch house for all our talks and your kindness towards her. You all are truly ANGELS.
