Peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital on Friday January 21st, 2022 in her 101st year. Beloved wife of the late John Greene. Loving mother of Suellen Fenton (Ivan). Carolyn Deviney, Nannette Moore (Bob) and the late John David Greene. Cherished grandmother of Angela Fenton, Melissa Scott, Richard Moore (Yuet Loo), Matthew Moore, Nathan Greene (Susie), Damian Greene (Eva), Micah Greene (Darth), Brett Greene and Adam Greene and great- grandmother of Baine, Lily, Amelia, Arthur, Hudson, Cru, Rune, Emma and Olivia. A Private family service will be held at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St., East, Cobourg. Interment in Cobourg Union Cemetery. If desired donations may be made to St. Peter’s Anglican Church, SickKids Foundation or charity of your choice.

Millie Greene was the neighbor across from Marie and Jim Jones on Sinclair St. While visiting Marie, Donna sister we met John and Millie and all the family.Many long talks later we learned of Johns trips to the maritimes etc and purchased they a plant that grows under the snow. We will now miss both of them and must check on that plant love Donna and Donald Robins
