Donna Marie Atkins (Nee Rose), Peacefully with her family at her side at Ed's House on December 30, 2021 in her 80th year. Loving wife of Ron Atkins of 57 years. Cherished mother of Laurie (Rob) and Shaun (Tracey). Proud grandmother of Blake, Sarah, Spencer, Hannah, Trent and Payton. Sister of Ron Rose, Doris Matthews (Ginette) and Judith Cooper (Harv). Sister-in-law to Karen Atkins, Marg DePinto and Sheila Rose. Predeceased by her brother Keith Rose and sister-in-law Dorraine, her sister-in-law Eileen Rose and her brother Merv Rose. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. She will also be missed by her grand-dogs, Clark and Hazel. A private family graveside service will be held. A Celebration of Life will be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home 30 King Street East Cobourg, on Friday April 29th, from 1-3 pm in the Reception Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations to Ed's House Northumberland Hospice would be appreciated.
