Nancy Gayle Andrews

February 29, 1944 - November 7, 2021

With great sadness, we announce the loss of our beloved mother, Nancy Andrews of Cobourg, on November 7 at her home. Wife of Ralph William Andrews (deceased) and daughter to the late Charles and Luella Tucker. Sadly missed and deeply loved by her daughters, Shannan and Valerie Andrews, her beloved grandchildren, Aleya and Maya, her loving son-in-law’s, and her many wonderful friends. Nancy will be sadly missed by all that knew her.

Nancy was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She was a force to be reckoned with; her love of life, friends, and children was evident in everything she did. Nancy was strong, courageous, compassionate, and fiercely independent. She was ready for anything and always looked forward to an adventure.

Nancy was an extraordinary human being and never let challenges stop her. Her passion for teaching, devotion to charitable causes, and her family was unwavering. Nancy valued and greatly appreciated all of her loyal friends that supported her and made life full of happiness.

A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered. Please join us to celebrate the life of Nancy Andrews. A service will be held at Fellowship Baptist Church (FBC) on November 19, 2021, at 1 pm. Those wishing to attend the service may register by calling 905-372-8732. Due to Covid restrictions all guests will need to adhere to social distancing, wearing of masks, contact tracing, and building capacity limitations. Burial will take place at Pine Grove Cemetery immediately following the service for those wishing to attend. Those wishing may make a memorial donation to Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada or Compassion Canada.
