Teresa Mary Gadbois (nee Bulger)

December 14, 1925 - September 11, 2021

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Mother on Saturday, September 11, 2021. Born December 14, 1925

Predeceased by her husband Gordon she is survived by brother Tom Bulger and sister Ann Johnston, sons Danny (Sue) and Tom (Rose), 5 grandchildren; Sandra (Jon), Krista (Johnny), Robert (Carlos), Danny (Rose), Jeff (Jenn), and 13 great grandchildren.

Teresa known by Tee to everyone had a passion for life. Her mantra was “never give up.” She proved that point thousands of times during her time on earth. It was FAMILY first for Tee with friends a close second. She loved attending family events where she could sing and dance the night away.

She was a barber and owner of Teresa’s Barber Shop in Cobourg for over 30 years. Tee loved to play golf and was Club Champion at WC golf club in Holland in 1981. Her favorite tourney was the BCL in Cobourg and she always had her calendar marked for this event. She played hockey and was instrumental in developing women's hockey in Cobourg in the 60’s. Tee always had time for whatever the family needed. Attending the kids sporting events, plays, school activities, babysitting or whatever was needed she was there…..it wasn’t a task for her it was pure enjoyment.

We lost her presence on earth on September 11, 2021 in her 96th year but her memory is forever etched in our hearts. God bless you Tee and you can finally Rest In Peace.

Cremation with a Private Family Graveside at St. Michael’s Cemetery in Cobourg. A Public Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Those wishing may make a memorial donation to the Alzheimer Society.

Tom, Rose, and family. Tee will be missed by many. Tee's laugh, and love shone through so honestly. I missed her when she left Legion Village so much. Tee and I always could make the other laugh. I remember the day she was getting out of Tom's red car, after a wonderful tour, the smile on her face was enormous and that is when I knew this lady was extra special. God Bless and our sincerest condolences.
