Peacefully at Seven Oaks Nursing Home on Tuesday August 10, 2021 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late John Gould. Loving mother of Kim Dailey (the late Mark) and Kelly Clark (David). Proud grandmother of Ashley (Jason), Nicole (Matt) and Stephen, and great grandmother of Brody, Jaxon, Mason and Hunter. Dear sister of Betty Burnside, Muriel Sturgeon, Ruby Wieland, Charles Dixon, Shirley Grange (John) and Laverne Dixon (Thelma). A Private Celebration of Life will be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home 30 King Street East, Cobourg on Saturday August 21, 2021 at 1 pm, with visitation one hour prior to service. My "Aunt" Dode has held a special place in my heart all my life. I have many cherished memories of the times our families had fun together, enjoying her delicious and always plentiful cooking. Together with my husband Germain, we'll fondly remember her cheerful, down-to-earth outlook on life and her love of a lively conversation loaded with humour.
