Peacefully at his home on Wednesday July 7, 2021 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Florence (nee Rowe) for 65 years. Loving father of Brenda, David (Jean), Lynn (Vince) and Allan. Proud grandfather of Danielle, Cassidy, Matthew, Micheal, Jerod and Samantha. Great grandfather of Willow, Beau, Sophia, Cooper and Maddy. A private family service will be held at a later date. So sorry for your families loss of Neil. I got to know Neil when I worked at Ultramar Home Heat in Cobourg for many years. He always came to pay his invoice in person and visit with Joanne. He enjoyed making jokes and sharing stories with us. Years after I left Ultramar I would see Neil driving his truck or shopping in Foodland; he always remembered me and stopped to say hello with a big smile. RIP Neil.
