Peacefully at the Trenton Memorial Hospital in Trenton on Sunday, June 27th, 2021, Caroline Slone (nee Bavington) at 72 years of age. Cherished wife of Donald Slone. Dear sister of Michelle Yates (Stephen), David Bavington (Patricia), and the late Anne Cangiano (Terry). Visitation will be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King Street East in Cobourg on Sunday, July 4th from 1-1:45 pm and 2-2:45 pm. Please RSVP the funeral at www.MacCoubrey.com to reserve your visitation time. A visitation and service will be held at Hillside Funeral Home in North Bay with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make a memorial donation to the Alzheimer Society.
The Slone family were our neighbours for many years in the Castleton area and I remember Walter and Mrs Slone fondly. I would meet all the family during special events! Our sincerest condolences to Don, the Slone family and the family of Caroline.
I was so sorry to hear this news, my sincerest of condolences to all who knew and loved Carloline. Im sure she will be remembered with much fondness and love, memories are precious and need to be cherished.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Caroline. I will remember her fondly as she was so very kind hearted. I'll never forget how she always had a smile for us kids at our family gatherings, growing up. My sincerest condolences to Donny and all of Caroline's family and friends.
