Karen - I'm remembering all the great summers we had up at the cottage all those many years ago. Even though we didn't see each other much once we grew older, I've always treasured our friendship and am so sad that we won't see each other again. All my love to you and your family, John

Ed we are so sorry to hear of Karen's passing. Our prayers go out to you and your family. Deepest Condolences
Karen welcomed us when we moved to Cobourg in 1990 and we were impressed with her warmth and kindness. Not too long after settling in Cobourg our daughter Emilee became close friends with Karen’s daughter Kyla. Karen was like a second mother to our daughter who cherished the time she spent with her and the Frankowski family. A beautiful soul gone too soon, our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Your legacy of kindness, grace and love live on in your family. My heart goes out to Kyla, my dear friend, her dad, sister and neices. I hope there is much comfort and support that comes your way as you find a way to cope with all the waves of grief. You are loved.
We were shocked to learn of Karen's stroke and quick passing. It makes us each realize our time on earth is not ours to determine - but our Heavenly Father knows best. When we have our hope based on his promises we are assured of once again seeing our loved ones in Heaven. We grieve with you on such a loss and pray for continued strength to face the days/weeks ahead without your wife.
Ed and girls I am so deeply sorry to hear of Karen's passing I have many fond memories of us working together over the years. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
Our heartfelt condolences to you Kyla and your family, we hope you find peace and take time to enjoy the great memories you had with your mom❤️

You and your family are in our thoughts during this time of incredible loss.
My heart goes out to you and your family for your loss. Karen was such an amazing person and will be missed by many. She loved her dancing and we loved her smile and enthusiasm during our class. I was the line dance teacher and so enjoyed her in our class. She would send me pictures of horses from time to time and the last one she sent was on June 8th. I am so shocked as she always was smiling and never complained about any illnesses. She will be missed. Sending love and prayers to your family.
