Died peacefully after a short stay at Ed’s House, Cobourg on Friday June 11th, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved son of the late Clark and Olive Mouncey. Dear brother of Dennis Mouncey (Darlene) and sister Mary Jones (David). Loving uncle of Paul Mouncey (Amy), Ann Marie Warner (Laramie), Leanne Baxter (David) and Christopher Jones (Michelle). Also fondly remembered by 6 great nephews and nieces Joshua, Owen, Hudson, Olive, Madeleine and Amelia. Kevin will also be greatly missed by many longtime friends and neighbours who continued to support him in the good times as well as the more challenging times. Special mention to Steve and Stephanie Mitchell, Jake George, Kate and Randy Bowman. Kevin worked for a number of years for Baldini Construction as a heavy machine operator and mechanic. The last few years he devoted his time to small engine repairs at his home in Baltimore. Cremation has taken place and a private graveside burial will be held at Centenary Cemetery, Roseneath. A celebration of Kevin’s life will be held at a later date. Following Kevin’s wishes, donations may be made to the Northumberland Humane Society or Ed’s House Northumberland Hospice Care Centre. The family would like to extend our thanks to Dr. Mule, the Ambulatory Care staff and Ed’s House for their care and concern during this time.

So sad to read of Kevin’s passing. I have many memories of Baltimore and all your family. Kevin will always be remembered as we drive by Mouncey Road. Thinking of you Dennis, Mary and your families.
My deepest sympathy to Mary, Dennis and family. I am so sad to hear of Kevin's passing. Kevin and I spent hours outdoors playing before the "street lights came on". The "Baltimore" kids will always miss Kevin. He always had a mischievous smile and kind heart. Our family will always cherish Kevin as part of our childhood memories. God Bless Kevin and may he rest in peace. Love Catherine (Curtis) Irwin and family.
Sorry to hear of Kevin’s passing. Will always remember our trip to Tackaberry’s Const museum 2 yrs ago with Howard and Donnie. Rest easy friend
I am so very sorry to hear this. I barely knew Kevin but he fixed my Honda generator several times and that allowed me to continue living off the grid the past few summers. He was always so kind and generous whenever i phoned or brought stuff for him to fix. My sincere condolences to all.
We would hear the roar of a lawn mower and we knew Kevin was on his way. He would be coming down the road on a test drive and wheel in for a visit. Then we would reminisce about our carrying on at the Arena and then over to O’Brians or how he used to ride his bike over the dirt piles where are house now sits we’re going to miss all that but will never forget Until we meet again Kevin—Brian & Judith

Kevin leaves in big shoes to fill, in more ways than one. We shared many, many a laugh, back in the old Cafe "B" days. Bill trusted nobody else with our snow blower or riding mower. Rest easy, Kevin. Maybe your beloved Christine (Kevin's Chevelle) will be waiting for you. Godspeed, buddy. Bill and Carm.
